Right of return and cancellation

1. Right of withdrawal for consumers

You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. However, with us you get an extended cancellation period of 30 days !

The cancellation period is 14 days, but with us it is 30 days from the day you – or a third party indicated by you who is not the carrier – takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must give us (Scandi Sparkle, email: info@scandisparkle.com) a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email) that you wish to withdraw from the agreement.

You can use the attached cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal before the period expires.

2. Effects of the right of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs incurred if you have chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your wish to withdraw from the contract.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you. You will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or until you have documented that the item has been returned - whichever comes first.

3. Return of goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which you informed us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. The goods must be sent or delivered to us.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day deadline has expired.

You must cover the costs of return yourself.

You are responsible for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from handling that is not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.

4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods:

• Sealed products (e.g. perfumes or hygiene items) that, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return if the seal is broken or damaged after delivery.
• Custom-made or personalized products that are manufactured to your specifications.
